I am undertaking a 26 mile hike to raise money for a cause that is close to my heart, with 2 of my family members being affected with a form of dementia. I will be taking part in this walk along with members of my football team, led by our manager Alex who’s mum suffers from early onset dementia.

Alzheimer’s Society are working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. They do this by giving help to those living with dementia today and by providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding ground-breaking research
