Having been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease in 2023, I am determined to stay fit and active to keep the progression at bay. I will ride the South Down's Way on the 3rd May 2026 as a personal challenge and to also raise money for Cure Parkinson's Charity.

The South Down's Way is 160Km long, starting in Winchester and ending in Eastbourne, and has 3,800 metres of ascent. I aim to raise £3,800.00 for Cure Parkinson's.
