I should have realised that's a little more from a standing start than your normal 0 - 5K in 3 month's and then if that's not bad enough I've discovered there is now a stretch target as the Bank is due to move offices adding just 1 more mile that's 12 miles, circa 18K then. What have I let myself in for. Even if you don't feel sorry for me please consider the purpose of the hospice, to provide expert and compassionate palliative care for babies, children and young people (over 350 children) who have a life-limiting or life-threatening conditions, and their families. That's got to be worth it!
