I'm cycling from Hertford to Portmouth self surported and then joining the Hayling Island to Paris bike ride, which cycles to Paris and back to Portsmouth. Covering about 400 miles over a week.

Supporting this wonderful charity that hopefully no one will ever need to use. The charity provides a free life-saving service that is operational 24/7 by helicopters

and by rapid response vehicles in the hours of darkness.

There aim is to save lives, reduce or prevent disability, or suffering from critical illness and injury, by delivering a first class pre-hospital emergency medical service to the people of Essex, Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.
