We are fundraising for our newly established local Hatzola service on the occasion of our 40th wedding anniversary.

Hatzola HBS provides professional highly trained emergency care to most of the local communities of Hadley Wood, Barnet, Southgate, Cockfosters, Whetstone and Totteridge.

It is manned exclusively by volunteers, and they aim to provide pre-hospital emergency medical treatment and transportation to hospital where necessary.

They work closely with the NHS, developing a strong mutually respectful working relationship, in order to help to save lives. They respond to any call for help, Jewish or not.

There are several Hatzola services covering different areas in North London and our family have used them on a number of occasions already. We have found them to be very responsive, arriving much quicker than an NHS ambulance and the volunteer medical staff have been excellent. They have recently set up in our area and we are delighted to be able to support them.
