Cuan Mhuire Newry provides vital support for anyone struggling with addiction, a significant issue in Ireland. As I reflect on my journey, I am reminded that October 2025 marks a year since I embarked on my 12-week programme. Since then, I have been given another chance at life, and for that, I am eternally grateful.

This October, I am challenging myself to run 60KM to raise funds for this incredible charity. Every step will be tracked on Strava, and while this is a personal goal, it is important to acknowledge that without the help of Cuan Mhuire, I would not be in the position to attempt this challenge.
