In recent years the Luton Town media team and several members of club staff have taken part in Prostate United, raising funds for Prostate Cancer UK by running, walking or cycling every day for a month.

This year as a team we have decided to follow the same model of running, walking or cycling every day, but in September, and in aid of our club charity of the year, Stepping Stones, inviting as many of our colleagues to join us as possible.

Stepping Stones is a Luton-based charity dedicated to empowering women who have suffered domestic abuse or are vulnerable due to substance misuse by providing hope and the skills and resources to make positive life choices.

The options for anyone taking part are to:

a) Run or walk 3km each day in September

b) Run or walk 5km each day in September

c) Cycle 10km each day in September

d) Go above and beyond any of those targets!

We will be logging our daily activities on Strava, and you can find our group by searching 'Luton Town x Stepping Stones' in 'Clubs'.

We will also be sharing our efforts and achievements on personal and club social media channels, so please feel free to join us in raising funds for a charity that is doing brilliant work for the women of Luton and surrounding areas.

All donations will go to Stepping Stones and we appreciate any offering, however big or small, or just a simple message of encouragement to help raise awareness for them.
