It's that time of year again for the BIG MRK5 charity fundraiser for our Battle Cancer event. We are so excited to be supporting The Christie again who have played a big part in one of our members lives, Gemma Kavanagh, over the last 10 months.

Gemma was sadly diagnosed with breast cancer late 2022, which was a big shock to her and her young family and everyone that knew her. Gemma is a truly remarkable woman and she has shown such courage and positivity throughout her illness that she is a massive inspiration to us all. It will be great to support and raise money for both her and Christies.

Our Krazy K's challenge will be another tough fitness event, please come down on the day to support us! You can contribute not only in kilometres to our team distance total but also by helping us to raise even more money than we did last time around!

The MRK5 team will be trying to cover as many Krazy Ks (100m lunge, 100m burpee broad jump, 100m crawl, 200m carry, 500m run) as possible in the 8 hour time frame. Members can complete 1-25km or more!
