It's that time of year again for the BIG MRK5 charity fundraiser for our Battle Cancer event. We are so excited to be supporting The Christie again who have played a big part in some of our members lives, over the last 18 months.

Our 8 HOUR EMOMS challenge will be another tough fitness event, please come down on the day to support us! You can contribute not only with donations but also in sweat as we aim to complete as many rounds of EMOMS as we can in the 8 hour time frame!

Can we surpass our team total of over £14,000 last year which we raised on our Krazy K challenge!

The MRK5 team will be trying to cover as many rounds as possible of the 10 station EMOM between 9am and 5pm! In 8 hours it would be possible to complete 48 rounds of EMOMS that's an incredible 480 stations of 40 seconds work with 20 seconds rest!
