Story
Having seen the effects of Dementia on close friends and their family members, I have decided to raise funds for Alzhiemer Scotland.
Until recently I didn't think I would be able to participate in events due to sustaining an injury at the end of 2024 which has take almost 9 months to recover from.
I have been training very hard to reach a healthy level of physical fitness and have challenged myself to tackle several of the hardest events in Scotland finishing off with a local duathlon.
My chosen events which ALL take place in September are :-
Ben Nevis Hill Race 06 September (achieve a PB)

Highland Fling Ultra Marathon 20th September (run 53 miles/85k in under 12 hours)

House of Dun duathlon 28th September (5k run/25k cycle/3k run and finish with a smile)
