Giving a brief summary of the symptoms is quite hard as it affects lots of things, so imagine if Motor Neuron's and M.S. had a baby. They'd call it Spastic Paraplegia and laugh at what they'd created. The good news is that it doesn't kill you it just makes you an easier target.
