On 28th November I’ll be taking on the 4x4x48 Challenge — running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours. At the end of it, I’ll have ran 48 miles… and I’ve never gone further than 18 before. Safe to say this will be a challenge.

I’m doing this in memory of my uncle Jimmy, and to raise money for Southern Area Hospice (Newry Hospice) who provide incredible care and support to families when they need it most. Everything raised will be going directly to them.
