The Road to Recovery Trust, is the charity behind Newcastle's only recovery cafe, George Street Social which is at risk of imminent closure.

Josephine gave up alcohol in 2022 when it began to adversely affect her mental health and George Street was an important support to her on her own road to recovery. Any donations to help it open stay open would have meant a lot to her.
