On 7th April I am running The Leamington Spa 10K Regency Run, raising money and awareness for ‘Young People First’. Young People First is a registered charity that provides support to some of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged young people living in Warwickshire and Coventry

They are currently raising money for residentials, “Residentials are amazing times with young people and arguably you can achieve about a year's worth of youth work in a weekend! Residentials build confidence in young people, give them experiences they otherwise wouldn't have, teach them life skills and build resilience all without them really realising it!!”
