Myself and lots of more fit and able Tysers' colleagues are running the Royal Parks half marathon for St. Mungos.

St Mungo's provides a bed and support to more than 2,800 people a night who are either homeless or at risk of homelessness. Our vision is that everyone has a place to call home and can fulfil their hopes and ambitions.

Its going to hurt (a lot) I'm sure - so please make my small sacrifice worthwhile by helping us to support this great charity.

There are over a quarter of a million people currently homeless in the UK and many of those can begin to return to a more normal life with just a little of the love and support that great charities, like St. Mungos, provide.

We can't judge. None of us truly know that if our circumstances were different - that could be us too. Life can just be really cruel sometimes so if you are comfortable - please consider giving a little to help the many that are not.
