1st Bistre Scouts have been part of the Buckley community for 50 years. To assist with fundraising I will be taking part in the GB Ultras Chester 50 mile ultra marathon on the 28th February 2026.

This event aims to raise funds for essential repairs to our beloved Hut, which has served the community for 50 years.

A recent survey revealed crucial repairs are needed to ensure our Hut remains a safe space for teaching young people vital life skills and allow us to grow our 1st Bistre family.

We would be grateful of any support which will enable us to continue our section meetings for Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, and Exolorers.

Finally a little bit about myself I started running seriously back in 2022 needing to make a drastic change weighing in at over 21 stone so I started running never thought it would lead to all that I've achieved over the last 4 years.
