On 12th May I'll be taking part in the Nuclear Rush weekend, a 12km obstacle course through muddy farmland.

Along with 14 colleagues I will be raising money for the Haslers Foundation; a charity that aims to prevent or relieve poverty and financial hardship, help people who are ill or have long-term medical conditions, and support recreational, leisure, education and other activities to help disadvantaged young people participate in society.

So far the charity has made grants of over £240,000 to good causes in London, Essex, Hertfordshire and Middlesex.
