In April 2026, I will be taking on the challenge of running the London Landmarks Half Marathon for a cause very special to me.

Many years ago I set up the KING EDWARD VII SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL TRUST UK. The key objects of the trust are to advance the education of and create opportunity for poor and needy children in Africa/ South Africa amongst others (the objects of the trust can be found on the Charities Commission website).

King Edward VII School in Johannesburg is the high school I attended and is a beacon of state education in South Africa. It has produced legendary Alumni including 4 knighted old boys, numerous professional sportsmen and 1000's of talented professionals across all spans of life.
