I am taking on one of the most inspirational journeys we will ever take, pushing boundaries, dispelling fear and walking across hot coals in my bare feet to raise funds for Cornwall Mind.

Why do they need your help?

Although affiliated to Mind the national charity, Cornwall Mind is an independently registered and funded charity dependent on fundraising and donations to continue our vital work in the community. They are only able to help people in Cornwall experiencing a mental health problem because of your support. For 1 in 4, every day is a fight — this is something we cannot ignore. Every penny raised and donated, will stay in Cornwall. No one should have to struggle alone. With your help, they can be there for everyone who needs support. Thank you.
