In the UK, 1 in 4 people experience a mental health problem each year. I know this only too well. Heartbreakingly, every 90 minutes, someone dies by suicide in the UK, with 76% of these deaths being men. Tragically, our family and friends knew some of the people that make up this horrendous statistic. For every life lost, there are 80 to 100 attempts, each a cry for help that too often goes unanswered.

Tough Enough To Care was born out of a desperate need to change these devastating statistics.

Every pound of support for me running this half marathon would really be appreciated and willl help TETC to continue to provide VITAL services to those that need them most.
