Story
On 7 November, I’m running the Dava Way 50K, my first ultramarathon, and raising money for Parkinson’s UK.
My mum has Parkinson’s, so it’s a cause close to my heart. After three marathons, an ultra feels like the next step and something I’ve always wanted to try. The extra distance and unfamiliar terrain will be a challenge, but I’m looking forward to it. Supporting Parkinson’s UK gives me another good reason to keep going.
I’ve set a target of £250, but I would be grateful for any donation, however small. If you’d like to support me and Parkinson’s UK, I’d really appreciate it. Small donations add up, and there’s no pressure at all.
Thanks for your support!
