Story
10 miles for young people who deserve to know they matter. ❤️
On Sunday 18th October, I’ll be taking on the Great South Run to raise money for The King’s Arms Youth Project — a charity that I’m incredibly proud to work for.
Every week, I get to see firsthand the difference that a safe place, a listening ear and a trusted adult can make to a young person. For some young people, The King’s Arms is simply a place to hang out and have fun. For others, it can be a place where they find friendship, confidence, belonging and someone who believes in them when they’re struggling to believe in themselves.
Our youth workers and volunteers walk alongside young people through some incredibly difficult circumstances, helping them discover their strengths, make positive choices and realise that their circumstances don’t have to define their future.
That’s why I’m running.
If you’re able to donate, thank you. Every pound will help The King’s Arms continue creating those opportunities and investing in young people.
And if you can’t donate, sharing this page would mean just as much.
Thank you for supporting me and The King’s Arms.
