I lost my wife Claire last November to a short and intense battle with a rare blood condition. Claire had Reflux Kidneys disease as a child which resulted in one being removed in her twenties. Her remaining Kidney lasted her years until 2021 when it started to decline and would need a transplant. Claire was incredibly fortunate to get this in December 2022 and gave her a new lease of life. So I am trying to raise funds for Kidney Research UK to help other families not have to go through the heart ache and suffering her family and friends have.
