Story

Im taking on the infamous Welsh 3000’s hiking challenge that involves summiting15 Welsh mountain peaks in 24 hours or hopefully under to raise money for my daughter who has Cerebral Palsy. Unfortunately there is is no one fix therapy but having funds available to pay for numerous cutting edge sessions and equipment will help give her the best chance of full independence as she grows up. If you follow her journey so far you’ll see what a difference consistent physio and top notch equipment is making to her. If not please see links below to see how hard she trains and how determined she is.

The Welsh 3000s are the 15 Welsh Munros. These are mountains in Wales that are over 3,000 feet (914.4 m). Geographically they fall within three ranges (the Snowdon Massif, the Glyderau, and the Carneddau), but close enough to make it possible to reach all 15 summits within 24 hours, a challenge known as the Welsh 3000s challenge.

This event will try to break me but if I have even a third of Sofias determination I’ll succeed!
