Hi Guys,

I'm running my first marathon, the Brighton marathon on the 7th April this year. It's quite a big challenge for me but one that i'm thoroughly enjoying!

I'm raising money for UnityMK. UnityMK is a year-round charity helping people at their point of crisis. They support rough sleepers, sofa surfers, individuals and families in emergency accommodation or temporary housing and anyone at risk of homelessness across Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas.

Your donations help fund the welfare team who provide:

- help putting people into emergency accommodation and support to find longer-term accommodation and employment pathways

- well-being and mental health support including referrals to medical and dental care, addiction counsellors and support groups

- administrative help to access ID and benefits

- support for families at crisis point

- a Community Club providing food, drink and a safe space to talk to help combat isolation
