The Forget Me Not Appeal is about more than raising awareness it's about raising funds to give people living with dementia, and their carers, the practical support they need right now.

I have tried innovative ways to relieve the same people of their hard earned cash down the years. This time I thought I will stick to good old fashioned begging. Alzheimer's and Dementia is the latest cause I am able and proud to support - The Forget Me Not Appeal. It is something that is becoming a reality to my family as I take on this latest challenge. On Thursday 8th we embark on a trip supported by our company Dassault Systemes in conjunction with MoreAdventure, to ride from the company offices in Den Bosch (Netherlands) to our Copenhagen (Denmark) office. 500 miles in 5 days.
