Story
As I celebrate my 50th birthday this year, I have embraced the spirit of challenge and resilience. I have taken on the exciting journey of rugby training, even though it led to a broken wrist that now has me in a cast! Despite this setback, I am determined to participate in the Colchester Half Marathon on 16th March (while wearing my cast with pride) and then tackle the London Marathon on 27th April 2025.
I am reaching out to you today not just for support in my personal challenges, but to advocate for a cause that is close to my heart. The Suffolk Oxygen Therapy Centre is a charity that I manage providing vital Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy to individuals facing serious health conditions such as MS, Cancer, Long-Covid and various muscular and sporting injuries. This therapy can make a significant difference in their lives, offering hope and healing when they need it most.
I kindly ask for your support by donating to this incredible charity. My goal is to raise £1,000 to help continue their important work. Please remember to tick the Gift Aid box when you donate; it allows the charity to receive an additional 25% on top of your generous contribution. Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Your support means the world to me and those we aim to help together. Follow my journey on Facebook as I strive towards these challenges!
