This year I’m aiming to complete the Paras10 TAB, which is a 10mile run carrying a 36lb Bergen and at the same time raise some funds for a local charity in Barnsley - Matthew’sA Friend in Me.

Matthew’s A Friend In Me is a charity that raises money to help families who find themselves in the unfortunate position of having a child suffering from a brain tumour or some sort of childhood cancer.
