Hi All,

The team from Miroma, have kindly asked me to join them as we run the inaugural Creds Media Half Marathon in aid of Suicide&Co.

Suicide&Co is a national charity that supports those bereaved by suicide and seeks to open up the conversation around suicide-related grief.

Their vision is to provide adults bereaved by suicide in England and Wales with timely and effective support because everyone deserves to feel like they have permission to grieve.

Suicide&Co provides 12 sessions of one-to-one bereavement counselling to those who've lost a loved one to suicide.

Every donation of £30 will help provide a counselling session.

If you could spare a few quid, it could make all the difference.
