I have been extremely lucky to obtain a place in the 2025 London Marathon in April. At 62 this will be my first marathon and hoping that, with enough training, my little legs will get me round!!

Male suicide is the biggest killer of men under 50, with male mental health surrounded by well-ingrained cultural stigma in the UK.
