Lifeboats save lives. They are always there for us, those of us who use the waters around Jersey. Sometimes the boat crew even risk their own lives in the line of duty. Unsung heroes. Please help me to keep the Jersey Lifeboat Association going by donating generously. I am aiming to swim (in the pool) a marathon (10,000 metres, that is 400 lengths) every day for 7 consecutive days. This will be, for a bloke in his 60's, exhausting, probably painful, and most likely very tedious. I may never want to swim again if I finish it! I am taking a week of my annual leave from work at the hospital, to get this done, so I am determined to succeed. Please help give me the inspiration needed by giving what you can to this worthy cause.
