I work in, and own, Specsavers Opticians in Kings Lynn and we have had a close relationship with The Purfleet Trust, a charity that helps vunerable people in Kings Lynn and surrounding areas.

We do this by providing free optical and hearing clinics every month, by providing food to the Purfleet Pantry, by running collections in store to raise money and by completing fundraising challenges.

I've run for quite a few years and complete 10k events around Norfolk each year. I've never run more than two 10k races consecutively so this will be a challenging month of running for me.

The Purfleet Trust do a great job for our local community, as does Specsavers kings Lynn, so it will be worth the pain of training and completing the challenge to provide some well needed funds to the charity.Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
