I'm taking on another cycling challenge, this time from Geneva across the alps to Munich. Hopefully my legs will carry me over the 30,000 feet of climbing and about 500 miles.

I've chosen Dementia UK as my charity, because my father was diagnosed with vascular dementia over 12 months ago and the effect it is having on his body and mind isn't pleasant to see. I'm sure many of you reading this will have a family member or know of someone who is going through a similar thing.

Whatever I can raise I'm sure it will help all those suffering, so give what you can and I will try my hardest to climb those mountains and complete the ride.
