Story
At just 24 years old Alice Greaves from Old Dalby, Leicestershire, was diagnosed with breast cancer. She is dedicated to raising awareness and fundraising for the incredible cancer research and trials that are happening locally and so, on the 23rd August 2025, Alice, and many others including myself are cycling from Old Dalby to Sheringham, Norfolk, a journey of 125 miles.
Here is what Hope Ambassador Alice had to say: “When you raise £96,000 for an INCREDIBLE cancer research & trials charity such as Hope Against Cancer you can’t not push your limits again, so guess what, we’re going again!
“The route will be slightly different to spice things up but the reason, the meaning, the purpose behind doing it will remain the same: To continue the fight against cancer, to allow for more research and clinical trials, to give hope against cancer!
“This year I would love two things, to hopefully raise £100,000!!! And to have over 75 riders which would be around 15 more than last year, can we do it?!”
