Hi to all my MNDA family, as you know we fight this awful disease every day!

I have been humbled by your support in the past, since 2018 I have set up various challenges to raise money to help fund research to find a cure for this disease, whilst also supporting others in the MNDA community through the MND Association in Cardiff & Vale.

My running bucket list was to build up to a full marathon, I am pleased to advise I will be doing this at the London Marathon in April 2025, having been accepted and gained a place by the MNDA to run for thier charity.

Fundraising is about your support, which I have asked for many times, this will be the last big one, please could you help me achieve my target.

Funds will go via MNDA Cardiff and Vale Branch to support people living with MND and research into finding a cure for this disease.
