Team Shirl are back for 2026

Raising awareness and donations for this fight against this awful disease.

Something different this year, still running Cardiff Half as a Team of 30 plus but also in 2026 we will also relay ‘Around the World’ for MNDA.

Explanation!! As a Team we will run over 40000 km in 2026, with Team all running official events (eg Cardiff Half) & training runs to achieve this total, each one of us running over 1000 kms in 2026.

All funds will be donated to The Cardiff and ValeBranch of the Association and will be used to help local people living with MND and help fund research into finding a cure.
