😱 I’m jumping out of a plane.

Not because I love heights (I don’t), and not because it’s easy (it’s absolutely terrifying) — but because I believe in something bigger.

I’m doing a skydive to raise awareness and funds for BulliesOut, a UK charity that supports children, young people, and adults affected by bullying. They help people rebuild their confidence, recognise their self-worth, and unlock their true potential — and that’s a mission I live and breathe every single day.

As a wellness advocate, my passion is helping people break through fear, self-doubt, and limitation — whether that’s in the gym or in life. Through fitness, I empower people to grow stronger, mentally and physically. Now, I’m taking that mission to the sky — literally.

This is way out of my comfort zone. But it’s worth every moment of fear to help someone else feel safe, seen, and strong.

Most people will be affected by bullying behaviours at some point in their lives, be that as someone who has experienced bullying, a bystander, or even the person displaying the behaviour.

For over 18 years, BulliesOut have worked tirelessly to improve the lives of those affected by bullying behaviour, and they're needed now more than ever.

Their mission is to support individuals, schools, youth and community settings and the workplace through positive and innovative anti-bullying and well-being programmes and to empower individuals to achieve their full potential and this forms the catalyst for their future journey.
