I'm walking the London Life Hike on the 26th September to help save even more lives across the London.

As a nurse , I've seen first hand how quickly an ordinary day can become a life changing emergency. In these moments, CPR and quick defibrillation can mean the difference between a family welcoming someone home or facing unimaginable loss.

Every person has the potential to become a lifesaver if they know what to do in an emergency. By supporting this fundraiser you are raising funds for the London Heart Starters campaign by London Ambulance Charity.

This campaign funds and places life-saving defibrillators in the heart of London communities and then trains the community to perform CPR and use a defibrillator.
