We are running the Royal Parks Half Marathon on the 13th of October for CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young) in memory of our cousin Sky who died in 2021 at the age of 23.

Every week in the UK at least 12 apparently fit and healthy young people die of undiagnosed cardiac conditions.

This is an amazing charity now very close to our hearts. CRY is preventing young sudden cardiac arrest through awareness, screening and research, as well as supporting affected families.
