🌟 Exciting News! 🌟 I'm thrilled to share my journey towards supporting mental health awareness at work!
I'm excited to announce that I will be running the Berlin Marathon in September 2025 to raise awareness and funds for the Mental Health Foundation. Mental health is a crucial topic in today's workplace, and together, we can make a significant impact.
As part of my New Year's resolution, I am committed to making a difference in the mental health space. In the lead-up to the marathon, I will be participating in 50 charity network runs. Once or twice a week, I will run a 5/10 km charity network run with a special guest and contribute £10 for every run. I will also ask each participant to contribute towards mental health. This is a fantastic chance to engage in a meaningful conversation with me while running. We can run in Rotterdam, London, Luxembourg, or Cape Town, depending on the date and my location.
