Right now, the people of Iran are living through devastating conditions. War, repression, and brutal crackdowns have torn families apart, taken innocent lives, and pushed entire communities into fear and uncertainty. Many are imprisoned simply for speaking out. Many more are struggling just to survive.

This is not just a crisis — it’s a human tragedy unfolding in real time.

I am riding to support the International Liberty Association (ILA), an organisation that works tirelessly to defend human rights, support victims, and give a voice to those who have been silenced. But they cannot do this alone.

Every mile I cycle represents resilience. Every donation represents hope.
