Dreams Come True is a national children's charity, whose mission is to enrich the lives of children with serious and life-limiting conditions, by making their dreams come true.

A dream generates feelings of security and happiness, for children whose lives have been turned upside down. The day to day of everyday life can seem like a mountain to climb, but with a dream a life can be transformed. Even the simplest of dreams can bring a sense of hope and normality.
