After an 8-year break, I’ve returned to running and will be participating in the Southampton Half Marathon this April. This time, I’m using the opportunity to support a fantastic cause: Protected Paws, a small London-based animal charity.

Some of you may know that Henry, now a cherished member of the household, was rescued from the streets by Protected Paws. They gave him a chance at a better life as well as that of hundreds of other animals each year.

As a smaller charity, Protected Paws doesn’t always receive the attention larger organisations do, but their dedication to helping animals in need is unwavering. I’d love to raise funds to support their incredible work. If you’re able to contribute, even a small donation would mean the world—Henry would be forever grateful!.
