I will be taking on a double challenge, running the London Marathon in April then my first Triathlon in June.

It has been quite a journey as I had stopped running so it was the case of getting my trainers back out and put in some serious training.

My wife Debbie has recently been diagnosed with Kidney cancer so I have chosen to raise funds for the Lingen Davies Cancer Fund as Deb has received great support from them on her journey. They are a charity whose goal is to improve the lives of everyone impacted by cancer in Shropshire, Telford and Mid Wales.
