My daughter Grace (17) and I are running the Great Scottish Run together on October 1st, 2023. As it's Grace's first official half marathon, it felt right to mark it with choosing a phenomenal local charity to try and raise some cash for.

Formerly known as Yorkhill Hospital, the Glasgow Children's Hospital has become a legendary institution since it was founded in 2001 providing extra, specialist care and respite for sick kids and support to families. Their story is INSPIRATIONAL and, sometimes, heartbreaking.
