This year marks the 5th Anniversary of the death of my good friend Mat Hodge who suffered a fatal cardiac arrest at the age of 43, leaving behind a wife and two young boys..... such a tragic loss from someone who lived life to the full in everything that he did, whether that was serving as a Captain in the British Army, playing Hockey for his local Club and being a wonderful Husband, Dad & friend.

To help to stop this from happening to other families myself and some of his friends are looking to raise money by cycling the 128 miles from Knutsford (Cheshire) to Trearddur Bay (Anglesey) on the 9th September.

All money raised will go directly to the NW Hearts Charity.
