🌿 Flourish Wellbeing Gardens – Offering therapeutic gardening spaces that nurture mental health, build resilience and promote social connection.

🏊‍♀️ Shifa Swim Project – Empowering ethnically diverse women with life-saving water confidence skills through female-only swim sessions.

💬 Catalyst Counselling Services – Free, confidential support for anyone facing mental health challenges or addiction.

🏳️‍🌈 Outline – A confidential helpline offering advice and support around sexuality and gender identity.

🏠 Cuckooing Outreach – Immediate help for those exploited through criminal activity, giving them a chance to rebuild.

💜 Women’s Support Centre – A safe space for women facing trauma, abuse.
