I will be taking part in Bike4TUF25, which will see me cycle from London to Amsterdam over 3 days.

I have had the honour to complete 2 previous rides for this organisation. Since my last ride however I have had radiotherapy and hormone replacement therapy.

So…… can I keep up with the group this year? Not sure.

Will I be able to ride for three days solid? Not sure.

But until you try you won’t know. I will give it my best shot.
