Amos Trust is a small, creative human rights charity that challenges injustice, builds involvement and creates change. As a Christian charity they work with vibrant grassroots partners for justice and hope for the forgotten in Palestine & Israel, India, Nicaragua, South Africa, Burundi & beyond.

This particular fundraiser is for the work of Karunalaya Street Children Girls Cricket Team who will be competing in the 2023 Street Child Cricket World Cup that India is hosting.

Karunalaya will use the event to help end gender-based violence against girls and women living on Chennais streets and equip them to live the lives they dream of. Please see the Amos Trust website to see exactly how money raised will be spent.

I am doing this ride with my three of my former footy mates: Steve 'the cat' Raw our keeper; John Hughes nicknamed the 'dirty vicar' for his robust tackling; and, Tony McLoughlin the Boro boot boy.
