Later this year I turn 50 so to demonstrate what even an ageing body can do I will complete 50 different physical challenges.

Not only do I hope to inspire but also to raise money to help Marie Curie deliver their crucial work supporting those with terminal illness. Having already lost my dear Mum and more recently my father-in-law to cancer it's a charity that needs our support. Please give what you can.
